10 Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• If evidence of fraud or cheating is found.
• Evidence of providing false information during registration.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Members may also request to close their account — any remaining balance will be refunded.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Bk345 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or on the platform before any changes take effect. Notice is generally given 7 days in advance; however, urgent security-related changes may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and your balance will be returned.
